Teryli confirms the customer organization, purchaser authority, authorized users, and exact scope before billing or activation. Fred prepares research, context, and drafts for review; do not enter PHI or client details.

Listed / Claimed — Free. Programs can claim a listing and submit corrections to their services, locations, populations, and intake contact. Submitted information remains labeled as program-reported until it is reviewed against an available source.
Optional record review — $390/year. The fee funds human review and annual maintenance of eligible program-reported fields. Payment does not guarantee a badge or verification state; a reviewed field can show its source and last-checked date only after the required information is confirmed.

Why is sober living priced separately?
It is a smaller operating product. It excludes facility-side referral, analytics, and funder-reporting scope that many independent houses do not need.
How do you count a program?
By separately managed operating workflow or service line, not by beds, houses, census, patients, residents, referrals, or users. Residential houses can share one program when leadership, workflow, permissions, and reporting are standardized; nine or more residential locations in scope use Enterprise pricing.
Does Teryli replace our EHR?
No. Teryli is the operational coordination layer around the systems your team already uses.
Does Field include Fred?
Yes. Fred is your Teryli Executive Assistant for Directory research using de-identified criteria, call and stop preparation, field-day planning, and reviewable follow-up drafts. Fred never sends outreach or makes clinical or placement decisions.
Do you have a plan for more than one rep?
Shared Team and Office workspaces are in early access. Ask in a workflow review and we will confirm named-user scope, pricing, and activation before billing. Private Books and notes stay private by default.
What happens after a demo?
We confirm the programs and workflow in scope, then put the exact setup, monthly fee, term, and go-live plan in the order form.
