Terms of Use
By using teryli.com you agree to these terms. They cover the marketing site and existing Directory Access subscriptions — broader use of the Teryli application (app.teryli.com) is governed by a separate written agreement. New Directory Access subscriptions are temporarily paused.
Using this site
You may view and share this site for lawful purposes. Please don’t misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or scrape it at a scale that burdens our systems.
The information here is general
Content on this site describes our product and point of view. It is provided for general information, may change, and is not a contract, a warranty, or professional (clinical, legal, or compliance) advice. Nothing here creates an obligation to provide any product or feature.
No PHI
Don’t submit protected health information or real client data through this site or by email to us. Our demo environment uses synthetic, non-real data.
Booking a conversation
Scheduling is handled through Google’s appointment booking and subject to Google’s terms. Booking time is a conversation, not a commitment to purchase by either side.
Directory Access subscriptions
New Directory Access subscriptions are temporarily paused. The terms below continue to govern existing paid seats in the Teryli Program Directory, with billing handled by Stripe:
- Billing. Directory Access is billed monthly, per seat, and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Canceling. Cancel anytime — use the billing portal linked in your emails from Stripe, or email chris@teryli.com and we’ll cancel it the same business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; we don’t issue partial-month refunds.
- Founding rate. A founding rate stays yours for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and come back later, the standard rate at that time applies.
- Getting access. We set up your login within one business day of checkout. If we ever fail to deliver access, we’ll refund the payment in full.
- Fair use. Each seat is for one person on your team. Don’t share logins, resell access, or scrape the directory. We may suspend access for non-payment or misuse.
Intellectual property
The Teryli name, logo, copy, and design are owned by Teryli Systems LLC. Please don’t reuse them without permission. Product screenshots show a demo environment with sample data.
Third-party links
We link to outside services (such as Google’s booking pages and Stripe’s checkout). We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty · limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Teryli Systems LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
