You may view and share this site for lawful purposes. Please don’t misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or scrape it at a scale that burdens our systems.

Content on this site describes our product and point of view. It is provided for general information, may change, and is not a contract, a warranty, or professional (clinical, legal, or compliance) advice. Nothing here creates an obligation to provide any product or feature.

Don’t submit protected health information or real client data through this site or by email to us. Our demo environment uses synthetic, non-real data.

Scheduling is handled through Google’s appointment booking and subject to Google’s terms. Booking time is a conversation, not a commitment to purchase by either side.

Before billing or activation, Teryli confirms the customer organization, purchaser authority, authorized users, and requested workspace scope.

• Plan and scope. The written agreement or order form identifies the selected plan, included workflows, authorized users, and permitted data.
• Fees and billing. Confirm the recurring price, any setup fee, billing schedule, and payment method in writing before purchase. Published pricing explains the offer; it is not a payment confirmation.
• Access and setup. The onboarding process confirms configuration, team access, and the activation date. Visiting this site does not create an account or confirm a subscription.
• Renewal and cancellation. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and termination terms belong in the applicable written agreement. Ask about them before committing.
• Existing customers. Existing written agreements continue to govern their respective services. Contact chris@teryli.com with an access or billing question.

The Teryli name, logo, copy, and design are owned by Teryli Systems LLC. Please don’t reuse them without permission. Product screenshots show a demo environment with sample data.

We link to outside services (such as Google’s booking pages and Stripe’s checkout). We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Teryli Systems LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
