Teryli Systems LLC (“Teryli,” “we”) builds an operational coordination workspace for behavioral health teams. This page explains what we collect when you visit our marketing site, book a conversation, request a listing, or purchase Directory Access. It does not cover the Teryli application (app.teryli.com), which is governed by a separate agreement and our handling of customer operational data.
What this site collects
- Nothing required to browse. You can read teryli.com without giving us any personal information.
- What you choose to send. If you book a workflow review or contact us, we receive what you provide — typically your name, email, and anything you write — so we can reply.
- Listing requests. The current Get listed form asks for structured business-listing information: listing type; program name; services or levels of care; counties or areas served; ages served; payers accepted; and a program intake or business contact’s name, phone, and email. It also requires you to confirm that the submission contains no PHI or individual client details. That confirmation is checked when you submit and is not included in the stored listing record. The form has no Notes or other open narrative field. After validation, the structured business-listing and contact fields are stored in a database we control, hosted on Cloudflare.
- Purchases. If you subscribe to Directory Access, checkout happens on Stripe’s payment pages. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. We keep a record of the subscription itself: your email, what you purchased, and its current status.
- Privacy-friendly analytics. We use a cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) that reports aggregate traffic (pages viewed, rough region, referrer). It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you.
- Basic server logs. Our host records standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
Tools we rely on
- Google appointment booking — scheduling. When you book time, your details go to Google under Google’s privacy policy.
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing, handled on Stripe’s own checkout pages under Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and the database where listing requests and subscription records live.
- ntfy — a push-notification relay that tells the founder’s phone that a listing request was stored. The notification contains an internal record reference and the selected listing type. It does not contain the program name, business-contact details, service details, or a full copy of the submission.
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless, aggregate site analytics.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — measures whether our LinkedIn advertising works (for example, whether an ad visit led to a scheduled conversation). Unlike our analytics, this tag is provided by LinkedIn and uses cookies under LinkedIn’s cookie policy. You can opt out of LinkedIn ad tracking in your LinkedIn ad settings, or block it with standard browser tools.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and prepare for conversations, set up the listings and subscriptions you ask for, understand which parts of the site are useful, measure whether our own advertising is worth running, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your information.
No protected health information here
This marketing site is not the place to send protected health information (PHI), an individual referral, or patient, client, or resident details. Do not include that information in forms or emails to us. The listing form uses a required no-PHI confirmation, rejects unexpected fields, and screens the structured business-listing fields for common PHI-shaped input. Those guardrails do not make the marketing site an appropriate channel for PHI. Our product demo uses synthetic, non-real data.
Listing-request retention and deletion
No automatic deletion schedule is active for listing-request records today. They are reviewed and deleted manually, and a fixed retention period has not yet been implemented. To request correction or deletion of a listing request, email chris@teryli.com with the program name and business email used in the request. Do not include PHI or individual client details in that message.
Your choices
You can ask what business-contact information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or opt out of future contact by emailing chris@teryli.com. Our own analytics (Plausible) are aggregate and cookieless, so there is no individual profile to opt out of. For LinkedIn’s ad measurement, use your LinkedIn ad settings or your browser’s tracker blocking.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
