Privacy Policy.
Teryli Systems LLC (“Teryli,” “we”) builds an operational coordination workspace for behavioral health teams. This page explains what we collect when you visit our marketing site, book a conversation, request a listing, or arrange paid workspace access. It does not cover the Teryli application (app.teryli.com), which is governed by a separate agreement and our handling of customer operational data.
§1What this site collects
- Nothing required to browse. You can read teryli.com without creating an account or filling in a form.
- What you choose to send. If you book a workflow review or contact us, we receive what you provide — typically your name, email, and anything you write — so we can reply.
- Listing requests. When you submit the Get listed form, what you enter is stored in a database we control (hosted on Cloudflare), and a notification containing the submitted details may be relayed to the founder’s phone through ntfy, a push-notification service, so we can respond. We keep listing requests to review and respond. You can ask us about retention or request deletion at chris@teryli.com.
- Purchases. For paid workspace access, we confirm organization and account details during onboarding before billing. When payment is arranged through Stripe, card details go directly to Stripe. Our subscription records can include your email, customer and subscription identifiers, payment amount, and subscription status.
- Website analytics. The public site uses Cloudflare website analytics and performance measurement to understand visits and page behavior. This policy covers the public site only; it does not cover customer workspace data.
- Basic server logs. Our host records standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
§2Tools we rely on
- Google appointment booking Scheduling. When you book time, your details go to Google under Google’s privacy policy.
- Stripe Payments and subscription billing, handled on Stripe’s own checkout pages under Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Hosting, content delivery, and the database where listing requests and subscription records live.
- ntfy A push-notification relay for listing requests and some billing events. Notifications may include the submitted listing details or the account email and subscription identifiers.
- Cloudflare website analytics Website traffic and performance measurement on the public site.
§3How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and prepare for conversations, set up the listings and subscriptions you ask for, understand which parts of the site are useful, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your information.
§4No protected health information here
This marketing site is not the place to send protected health information (PHI) or client details. Please don’t include them in forms or emails to us. Our product demo uses synthetic, non-real data.
§5Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of future contact — just email chris@teryli.com. You can use your browser’s privacy settings to limit third-party requests. Contact us with questions about the services used on this site.
§6Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
